When working with a team, it's important that everyone has equal weight when it comes to ideas and decisions. Teams are most effective when people like each other (I know from experience on this one!) and when the members feel like they are being listened to. As a student manager, I work with 4-5 people at a time and I try to listen to their input when it comes to setups. Almost everyone in the work place will be forced to work with others, so to have an open attitude and fair policy makes the work easy and fun.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05704577894667792832noreply@blogger.com
